Shipping policy

When trains are running, we process orders within 3 working days and post via Royal Mail Standard service. Orders may take a little longer outside of the running season.

We will send the goods ordered to the delivery address as supplied. 

Please note: we currently only ship to addresses on the UK mainland. We are unable to ship to NI due to the GPSR.

Orders for Gift Cards only are charged at a lower rate.                      

*Some items will attract a higher postage rate due to size/weight. This is indicated in the item description.

Pickup

Items that are available for Pickup can be collected from the Station Shop at Pickering, located on Platform One, Pickering Station. The shop is open when trains are running. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
